“I would highly recommend the Mazzeo Group if considering a tankless water heater. Joe, the owner and installer was very knowledgeable about Rinnai as well as other brands. He was always prompt and on time and did a much better job at identifying the specific requirements for our house. Compared to the other proposals, he actually took the time to do all the required measurements and made multiple proposals specific to our needs. Joe was on-time and the job was performed in the time frame he originally estimated. The work was extremely clean plumbing work and the entire area where the tankless heater was installed was cleaner when he finished then when he started. Out of three estimates he was in the middle of the three but close to the lower cost proposal. I selected him because he took the time while doing the proposal to determine what we really needed and he took the additional time to follow up after he sent the proposal. You can see he takes pride in the work he does by the way he made the proposal. After the installation he even followed up with a call to see if we had any questions and how we liked the system.
